With over 15 years of experience in media, marketing, and mentorship, Roshni has earned prominence as one of the doyennes of the tech and startup industry in Southeast Asia. Aside from being the Group CEO of The Parentinc, the company behind SEA’s largest content, community, and commerce platforms for parents, namely theAsianparent, Webtretho, Motherswork, and Mama’s Choice, Roshni is also a co-founder of the 2,000-member strong Female Founders Network, a non-profit organisation with the vision to accelerate the female founder ecosystem in Singapore.

In February 2024, Roshni makes her TV debut as one of the resident judges on CNA’s new business reality show, The Big Spark, a contest where 24 startup teams compete to win $1M in seed funding. Besides her active participation in the startup ecosystem, Roshni is a member of the Obama Leaders’ inaugural APAC 2019/2020 batch, an executive producer of Untouchable: Children of God, a docu movie about child trafficking in India and Nepal, as well as a board of director at the Singapore Repertory Theatre.
