How to Use
Brush your teeth with Mama’s Choice Non-Fluoride Toothpaste every morning and evening, or after every meal. Use a toothbrush with soft bristles and gently brush gums and teeth in a circular motion.
Rinse your teeth and gargle with Mama’s Choice Natural Mouthwash after or between brushes. Make sure the liquid touches all parts of the mouth, but do not swallow.
For optimal effects, begin using Mama’s Choice toothpaste and mouthwash from the first trimester as part of your daily oral hygiene routine and continue until at least 6 months after pregnancy.
