Terms and Conditions of the Mama’s Choice VIP Club

These Terms and Conditions, henceforth referred to as the “T&Cs” shall govern the terms of joining our Mama’s Choice VIP Club, henceforth referred to as the “VIP Club”. By signing up to our VIP Club, you acknowledge and agree to these terms as listed within these T&Cs.

Usage of Your Personal Data

You acknowledge and agree that Mama C Global Pte. Ltd. (henceforth referred to as “Mama’s Choice”) and our related business units and service providers (collectively “we”, “our” or “us”) may collect, use and disclose your personal data for the following reasons: to provide you with products and services; consumer research, promotional and marketing purposes; to verify if you qualify for membership, promotions in which you may participate from time to time, and to provide you any applicable membership benefits.

We shall not send you promotional and marketing materials unless you consent to it.

We may share your personal data between ourselves for administrative purposes, and with third parties supporting our administrative and business functions. Please note that this may involve the storage, use, disclosure or other processing, or transfer of your personal data out of Singapore. We may also share your personal data with third parties to carry out cross-promotion and targeted advertising, if you have consented to receive promotional and marketing content from us.

As a company registered in Singapore, we submit to the PDPA laws which govern your personal data in Singapore.

Mouthwash redemption conditions

The mouthwash redemption for new membership of our VIP Club is a limited-time offer which we may end at any time of our choosing without prior notice.
You expressly acknowledge and agree that this redemption is not provided in return for VIP Club membership. Mama’s Choice currently offers no reward in return for membership. This mouthwash redemption is constituted as a welcome gift which may, at any time of our choosing and for any reason, be ended.
Only first-time participants who fulfil the following conditions are eligible to join the VIP Club.
- Participant must be Singapore resident or permanent resident with a valid Singapore contact number and address;
- Participant must have a valid email address;
- Participant must have furnished accurate and up-to-date personal data to the best of their knowledge when submitting the membership form;
- Participants cannot come from the same household. “Household” shall refer to a single mailing address within Singapore.
- Participants must be female.
Participants must have signed up for VIP Club membership by submitting the form here.
As a participant, you will be provided with one single-use free mouthwash discount code which applies to one mouthwash only (henceforth referred to as “free mouthwash code”). The free mouthwash code is limited to one per household, while stocks last. One VIP Club member may redeem one single-use free mouthwash code only once.
The participant proceeding through the checkout process shall bear the full cost of delivery of the mouthwash to their address.
The mouthwash cannot be exchanged, and is non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
The mouthwash is given on an “as is” basis, and all returns and refunds are excluded to the fullest extent possible.
The participant shall bear the full cost of delivery to their mailing address of choice. Please note that we will offer you (The participant) free shipping provided the total value of your checkout order exceeds the value of $15 (Henceforth referred to as the “free shipping offer”. However, you also agree and acknowledge that we reserve the right to cancel this free shipping offer at any time of our choosing for any reason whatsoever.
The mouthwash redemption campaign is only limited to the first 500 redemption or subjected to stocks availability.

Process of redemption

By proceeding to submit your membership form, you will be considered both a VIP Club member and a participant of the Mouthwash redemption. You will also be considered a User of our Website as stated in our Website Terms and Conditions.

Upon submitting the membership form to sign up as a VIP Club member, you will be provided with a single-use free mouthwash redemption code for our Website.
You may proceed to our product page and add a mouthwash to your shopping cart.
If you wish, you may also add other items to your cart. The free mouthwash code will apply a 100% discount to a single mouthwash.
Proceed to the ‘Checkout’, and key in the code.
If you wish, you may top up the total value of your checkout cart to $15 to receive free shipping. Please note that the free mouthwash will count as $0 to the value of your cart.
Enter your mailing address and billing details to checkout and redeem your free mouthwash.
The mouthwash will be delivered to your address. Please note that we cannot predict a rough delivery time due to a number of factors.
The mouthwash redemption offer will last until 6th September 2020. This end-date is subject to change for any reason at the sole discretion of Mama’s Choice.

Substitution of Mouthwash Redemption

Mama’s Choice may, without notice, at its sole discretion, and at any time:

Amend the terms of or cancel/postpone/interrupt this promotion, or
Substitute, add or remove the items in the mouthwash redemption.

Promotion indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by the law, Mama’s Choice will not be responsible or liable for any loss, injury, death, claim or damage suffered by any person or her foetus arising out of or in connection to this promotion. Every participant of this promotion and any person acting on his/her behalf shall release completely and indemnify Mama’s Choice from any claims, losses, liability, damages, costs or expenses incurred in connection therewith, including but not limited to, death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft. Mama’s Choice, the participants and these T&Cs shall submit themselves to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

Miscellaneous

Please note that we reserve the right to rescind anyone’s membership for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to: Suspicion of fraud, legal investigations, abuse and/or misrepresentation of your personal data.

As a VIP Club member, please keep your personal data as up-to-date as possible. This allows us to provide you fuller benefits of membership, especially but not limited to: Being able to deliver invitations to the correct address, or to deliver your order to the correct address.

Mama’s Choice reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any point of time at our sole exclusive discretion. Whilst we strongly endeavour to notify you of changes to our T&Cs, it is not always possible and we cannot commit ourselves to this policy. Continued use of our Website as a VIP Club member shall constitute recognition and acceptance of these terms.
