Terms & Conditions

The “Mama’s Choice Malaysia – Sharing Is Caring Campaign” is organised by MAMAC (MALAYSIA) SDN.BHD. (“The Organizer”).

By participating in the campaign, participants agree to be bound by and to comply with these terms & conditions and any other rules, terms or conditions applicable to the campaign. Non-compliance with or breach of any of these terms and conditions may disqualify a participant at any stage of the campaign, and any prizes won may be forfeited, withheld, withdrawn or reclaimed.

1.   Duration

• This campaign starts on 12 July 2021 and end date to 31 August 2021. During this period, participants who follow the campaign rules and regulations will stand a chance to win the grand prize of RM3000 which will be announced after the end of the campaign.
• The Organizer may at its sole and absolute discretion extend or shorten the campaign Period at any time without any prior notice to any party. 

2. Eligibility

• This campaign is open to all residents of Malaysia. Participants under the age of 18 as at 12 July 2021 must obtain consent of parents or legal guardians and by participating in this campaign, it is deemed that consent has been obtained. 
• Each participant represents and warrants that all information provided during registration for the campaign is true and correct. Any misrepresentation could result in disqualification and/or the forfeiture, withholding, withdrawal or reclaiming of any prizes won. 
• The Organizer has the absolute right to request for more information about the participant in any suspicion of fraudulent activity that directly or indirectly resulted in the winning of the grand prize. 

3. Campaign Mechanics

How to win:

1. Participants  must register their email with Mama’s Choice Malaysia at https://mamaschoice.my/share10 to receive a RM10 discount voucher and a unique referral link  in return. (Participant A)
2. All promo codes earned through the participation of this campaign will be disseminated via the Thank you Page of the campaign and also the email address used for registration. 
3. Participant A will share their unique referral link with friends allowing them to sign up. Each friend referred under participant A’s unique referral link will contribute to one count to participant A’s performance (1 sign up).
4. Each friend will receive a RM10 discount voucher and another unique referral link in return for them to share, making them to be another participant.
5. Earn promo codes with bigger discounts as more sign up with the unique referral link of every participant.
6. A total of 5 promo codes can be earned during the entire course of the campaign. These promo codes can be earned as shown in the table below.

7. Every participant can track their progress on the number of sign ups obtained by logging on to the Thank You Page of the campaign using their registered email address.
8. The top 10 performing participants will be identified in the Sharing Is Caring Campaign leaderboard which can be accessed from the Mama’s Choice MY official website at https://mamaschoice.my/top10mamas.
9. The top performing participant when the campaign has concluded will win the grand prize of RM3000.

Terms & Conditions:

1. All promo codes earned from this campaign are valid for use only on purchases made on the Mama’s Choice Malaysia official website.
2. All promo codes earned from this campaign are valid for use along with every payment type made available at the Mama’s Choice Malaysia official website. 
3. All promo codes earned from this campaign are not exchangeable for cash.
4. Promo Code A has a validity of 1 month from the date of redemption.
5. Promo Code B – E has a validity of 3 months from the date of redemption.
6. Participants will not receive a promo code and will not be informed once a promo code has been fully redeemed, according to its allocated quota.
7. The top performing participant will be subjected to verification by Mama’s Choice Malaysia first prior to winner selection
8. Mama’s Choice Malaysia reserves the right to update, modify or change these terms and conditions without prior notice.
9. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Mama’s Choice Malaysia will be final.
10. Each user can only sign up once. After the first registration, subsequent registrations through different referral links will be denied.
11. Any participant suspected of fraudulent activity will be disqualified from the campaign
12. Orders placed under suspected fraudulent means will be cancelled or expected to be returned at our discretion
13. By signing up for this campaign, you consent to receiving newsletters and marketing collaterals from Mama’s Choice Malaysia
